Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I stayed at Novotel for a quick overnight stay before my early morning flight. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient, and the shuttle bus service made it even easier. Despite some wear and tear, the room itself was nice. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a quiet, soundproof room. The late checkout and complimentary water were also appreciated. a great option for a short stay or stopover.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at this New Hotel. The location was perfect, with an MTR station nearby, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed having a choice of eateries just outside the hotel, giving us plenty of options for dining. Another highlight for us was the fact that Disneyland was nearby, allowing us to have a fun day out. The free airport shuttle bus was a great convenience, especially because we had an early morning flight. The gym and pool facilities were a nice addition, allowing us to stay active during our stay.
